It was a page turner. Actually I listened to the audiobook which is read by the author. But you know what I mean. Easy to follow and understand. Still applies in 2024. There may be some slight differences now but the concepts still apply.

Someone said in another review this is for 60 year olds. That’s actually the opposite of the primary audience for the majority of this book. Yes, this book does have information for those about ready to retire. But the book is mostly about positioning yourself for decades prior to retirement.

Terrific workstraight scoop on putting your money to work in the markets. No hype, no sale pressure, just what worked for him and what he found useful over the years.

I really wish I had read this many years ago. I always thought investing was something really complicated that only experts could do and I would have to pay them a lot to do it for me. Spoiler alert - it isn't complicated at all and I found so much reassurance and clarity in this book. I will definitely be putting his advice to work straight away. Please do yourself a favour and read this book - future you will thank you!
