Very sturdy and puts my monitor where I want it. I have been using a magic arm for a while and that's ok but it's heavy, bulky, and doesn't allow for a tilt-swivel mount without even more weight. This puts my monitor up front where I want it and adds minimal weight and bulk. Very glad I purchased.

Now I am able to mount my 5 monitor on top of the audio unit and no worries about weight. It is a dependable connection and places the monitor forward which is much better than at the other end of the handle which is too close to my face. If you have nothing to mount then there is no point but if you do (audio, monitor, etc) then this is perfect.

It works as advertised. Reason for 4 stars is because I have a hard time pulling the window up for the handle audio controls connected with this plate.
