The Jaccard 200421 Safe Hands™ Dial-A-Slice mandolin slicer set has seven interchangeable blades. These options include a straight blade, a crinkle-cut blade, and an assortment of julienne blades in various sizes. To protect hands from cuts, a safety cover completely shields fingers from blades.
